Vaping helps people quit smoking-even when they don’t wish to, according to new research from the University of East Anglia. They asked them regarding their cigarette smoking history and prior quit attempts, contributing to how they started vaping, their vape set up, preferred flavours and strength, and if they had switched to vaping in try to give up smoking.
